Your Emotions.....you control!

There are times in one's life, where you find your hormones dancing more than required. Well it's time to stop their party music and take control over yourself. When you are feeling emotional, the last thing you can do is calm down.
                                                   When you are upset , you are most vulnerable 
                                                    and that is when people take opportunity to 
                                                    take you down.
There are certain do's  and don'ts when you are going through a hard time controlling your emotions.

DO's and Don'ts

When these tiny hormones are making you crazy, provoking you to act aggressively, making you wanna scream, just give a thought is it the right time?
At this very moment you are so weak that you utter your all past, present, future to a person who just asked you whether you have done the assignment or not!!    CRAZY..right but that's how it is.


Advise for such situation , keep mum. Don't talk much other than the topic.If you find it difficult to handle yourself, hire your best friends( what are they for ;) ). Tell them to monitor you.

Other things that happen when you go off guard is overthinking. It is nothing but intentionally feeding yourself nutella full of tensions, sweet and poisonous.


Advise for such situations, hire best friend and share your situation. Nothing can be solved when you and your retard friend make a team. That one person who can sense you will not let you go into weird thought world.

Also during this  period, you are literally go off track and the worst thing in your hand is your cell phone. Never text or call during this period. Your never know what you may put yourself into. Texting or calling anybody during this time is equivalent to drunk calling and texting, trust me you don't wanna do that.


Advise for this, i know it's pretty hard for you to leave your most precious phone, but just cut off it's data connection and plug in some music. It is the best remedy for a mind full of hormonal imbalance.


Things proven beneficial for such times-

  • Take your time off. Common you need a break relax yourself. Go on a walk, take fresh air, breathe and think .
  • Shut down your phone for good. It will only increase your stress level. 
  • Consult your mom, the best therapist you can get. Apart from that tell your monkey friends about your pain. Sure they would be ready for rescue.
